DEPOSITION RECORDS CUSTODIAN

Deposition of Records Custodian:  A deposition taken of the person who is in charge of maintaining records for either an individual or a business who can authenticate that these are the true and correct records of said individual or entity.  A records custodian should be able to speak to the contents of said records and explain the entries.  An example would be records on wages of an individual, the records custodian should be able to identify their hourly wage or salary, numbers of hours paid for said wages, sick leave time, vacation time, raises, overtime, anything that affects that person's records on his or her wages
